The Chef: Jason Seddon
Jason has over 14 years of experience working in a variety of London’s top kitchens. From Dinner by Heston Blumenthal to being part of the team that got Pidgin, in Hackney, its first Michelin star. Most recently, Jason moved to Bristol and helped to open the Pony Bistro, North Street, leaving as Head Chef.
Jason’s favourite thing about being a chef is the ability to take raw ingredients and turn them into something pretty special. Jason has now stepped out of the kitchen into freelancing. He and his girlfriend Dani ran successful supper clubs in their North London home and are really excited to bring this to Bristol.
The Music:
Buskers’ Banquet offers unique performances for each venue, celebrating some of Bristol’s talented musicians including FELIX and Ben Cipolla.
