Project lead & community impact assistant

We are looking for a Project Lead to pack and deliver our aMAZIng meal kit services to 110 of our members across all Bristol whilst, maintaining and building our excellent community engagement and supporting us in impact measuring. This is a varied and exciting new role, working closely with TMP’s Co-Director and Head of Education.

You will be responsible for continuing our excellent and personalised customer services and relationship building with our young people. You will flourish in a busy environment, organising and building relationships with volunteers and the local community. You will also be the main point of contact with all producers and suppliers maintaining our excellent reputation within our community.

On the non-mealkit delivery weeks you will be responsible for gathering and recording impact data from our members across multiple data bases, including Upshot and Oooby. As well as supporting us to strengthen relationships with our members and delivery partners.

Salary: £27,500 pro-rata

Days: Monday & Tuesday Full day. Half day flexible
