Created for Veganuary, and something to look forward to in the darkest of months, our vegan tasting menu, showcases some of our favourite dishes with produce from some of our favourite suppliers. Moi, our head chef, will bring his Spanish influence to the menu and dishes. And to make it even better, we’re pairing the food with great vegan wines from our wine supplier, Stewart Wines. Dan will bring his expertise to the event and take us through his selection, discussing their producers, regions and taste profiles. And all in our cosy venue, the log fire will be on, the candles lit.
