Come and learn to make glazed nuts and flavoured oils & vinegars. Gifts made will be sold at our Christmas Fayre to raise money for our charitable work in Hillfields. You will also take something you make home with you.

This mini course is designed for people over 18 years old interested in cooking and creativity.

-How to create a variety of infused oils suitable for gifting
-Prepare and flavour glazed nuts with sweet, savoury and spicy options
-Package edible gifts
-Understand basic food safety for homemade oils and nuts
