Seed Shed Lead

The Seed Shed Lead is responsible for the smooth running of Earthsong Seeds’ Seed Shed, office systems, and associated operations.

This role covers order fulfilment, customer service, stock management, basic accounts, office management, and occasional support in the herb nursery and other areas of the business. The Seed Shed Lead ensures day-to-day operations run efficiently, enabling the rest of the team to focus on other areas of the business. As Earthsong Seeds is a small, seasonal business, the Seed Shed Lead adjusts to changing seasonal demands and supports other roles when needed.
