Buskers’ Banquet combines the best the independent food and performing art scenes to create an amazing festival celebrating delicious flavours and incredible music.
This pop-up supper club with a twist features some of the Bristol’s best chefs and street food pop-ups combined with acoustic sets from Bristol musicians.
**What to expect:**
– Bespoke three-course meal crafted by Redcatch Community Garden chefs, featuring a starter, main course with meat and vegan options, and a dessert
– Live acoustic performances by Bristol-based musicians
– Choice of Prosecco or Garden Ice Apple Tea.
– Garden Tour led by Head Gardener Louise Matthews, showcasing the organic, sustainable gardening process.
– Resident chefs Jude Hardidge and Pauline Van der Meer, and guest chef Sebastien Brochot will have the opportunity to create, share and discuss his specially curated Field to Fork menu. The performers will be able to treat the audience to an intimate acoustic gig, giving guests a special insight into their world.
– A chance for the audience to enjoy an up-close musical experience with the performers

– Garden Platter – Wiltshire Ham, Local Cheese selection, Homemade Garden dipping chutney, Homemade Garden Spicy Kimchi, Hummus, Olives, Hobbs house bread
– Fresh Garden leafy salad with Edible Flowers
Main Course
– Meat Option; Lemon & Garlic Baked Chicken Thighs
– Vegan Option; Beetroot & Chard Tart Tatin
– All served with bowls of Warm Squash Salad, Grilled Aubergine, Herb Salad and Khol Rabi, Garden Slaw

Dessert
– Garden Fruit Sorbet
